Renewable, Innovative Solutions Towards Recycling And Circular Economy
RISORCE implements a circular recycling project for used tires in the Walloon Region. Through low-temperature pyrolysis, these used tires are converted into new raw materials useful in the petrochemical, oil & gas and metallurgical industries.
The project is designed to circularize half of all light vehicle tires released in Belgium each year. The carbon reduction of the process is estimated at 70% of current treatments.
