Reverse Metallurgy SC
The principle of the circular economy is based on the idea that industrial waste and end-of-life products can be recycled to become raw materials for another industry. The recovery of metal-containing waste in particular is strategic for the Walloon economy, in terms of supplying our industry with basic materials.
It also represents a major potential for value creation, based on our long-standing experience in metallurgy. This is the background to the Reverse Metallurgy project. The aim of the Reverse Metallurgy project is to create an internationally recognized platform of industrial, technological and scientific excellence in recycling in Wallonia, creating added value and jobs.
