Filame is a subcontractor specializing in the manufacture of metal parts from strip and wire. The technologies used by Filame are:
1. sheet metal: laser cutting and bending on press brakes. All materials steel (spring or non-spring), stainless steel (spring or non-spring), aluminum from 0.3 mm to 10 mm thick
2. Cutting and stamping on manual or automatic mechanical presses and slide presses (blade and spring clip, fasteners, locksmith parts, automotive parts, etc.) from 0.15 mm to 6 mm
3. Cutting and stamping on hydraulic presses
4. Manufacture of wire parts: compression springs, tension springs, torsion springs and formed wire. Wire diameters from 0.1 mm up to 20 mm in steel (spring or non-spring), stainless steel (spring or non-spring), special alloys (inconel, nimonic, Elgiloy, etc.), bronze, berillium copper, etc..
